Booking Policies

Deposit: US$100.00 per person deposit required 

Full prepayment: Full payment due 45 days prior to arrival.

Belize Vacation Partners is NOT responsible for any currency conversation fees that

your bank might apply on their end. We strongly recommend travel insurance in

order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.

Cancellation Policies

More than 60 days in advance: Full refund of the total amount.

60- 45 days in advance: First-night prepayment is non-refundable.

45 days or less package non refundable 

No-show: Total price of the package is non-refundable.

Unused portions: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Efforts will be made to ensure the completion of your package based on availability.

Cancellation request: Must be sent via email with the reservation number to info@belizevacationpartners.com
